Terms of Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
OurFlow is a private app for a group of friends to keep photographs, video and notes about days they spent together. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
You need an account, created with Apple or Google. You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
Everything you put in remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people in the crews you put it in. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already held by other members of a crew and for backups that roll off within 30 days.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving anybody who has not agreed to it, or anything meant to hurt somebody in the crew.
Anybody can report a memory from its own menu, remove somebody from a crew they share, or leave a crew at any time. Reports come to us, and we act on them within 24 hours — by removing the content and, where it is warranted, closing the account that posted it.
A crew is shared. Anything you put into one can be seen, saved and kept by everybody else in it — including after you leave. Put in what you would be happy for them to have.
Drops into AirFlow are deleted when their window runs out. That is the feature, not a fault. Save anything you want to keep to your own Photos, or keep it into the crew as a memory, before it goes.
The service is provided as it is. We do our best, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you could not bear to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
A new crew is open and free for its first three days, from the moment it is made. After that the crew needs a subscription to have anything new added to it.
The subscription is bought in the app through the App Store, and it belongs to one crew. One person paying opens the crew for everybody in it — nobody else in that crew has to buy anything. One Apple ID can keep one crew open.
A locked crew is not a closed one. Everything already in it stays readable by everybody in it, and anything of yours can still be deleted or taken back. What stops is adding.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which is done in your Apple ID settings and nowhere else — cancelling in the app is not possible, and deleting the app does not cancel anything. Cancelling leaves the period you have already paid for running to its end. Refunds are Apple's to give under their own terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and you will be told before any change applies to you.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
