Terms of Use
Last updated 8 September 2026
OurFlow is a private app for a group of friends to keep photographs, video and notes about days they spent together. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
You need an account, created with Apple or Google. You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
Everything you put in remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people in the crews you put it in. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already held by other members of a crew and for backups that roll off within 30 days.
We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
A crew is shared. Anything you put into one can be seen, saved and kept by everybody else in it — including after you leave. Put in what you would be happy for them to have.
Drops into AirFlow are deleted when their window runs out. That is the feature, not a fault. Save anything you want to keep to your own Photos, or keep it into the crew as a memory, before it goes.
The service is provided as it is. We do our best, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you could not bear to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
OurFlow is free at the time of writing. If that changes, you will be told before it applies to you.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
