Write to support@ourflow.de and you will get a real answer. Tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing.
Open the crew, tap the people icon, and search for their @handle. If they are not on OurFlow yet, show them the QR code on the same screen or send them the link — scanning or opening it puts them straight into the crew.
Photos are fetched as you go. Open the crew and give it a moment on a decent connection. If a photo never arrives, the person who added it may have been offline when they added it — ask them to open the app once.
AirFlow clears itself out — by default after 24 hours, and a crew can set anything from one hour to a week in its settings. To keep something, save it to your Photos or use Keep in the crew before the countdown runs out.
An account made with Apple and an account made with Google are two different accounts, even with the same email address. Sign out and use the button you used the first time.
In the app: You → Settings → Delete my account. Or use the web form. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.
