Account deletion

Delete your
account.

You can do this yourself, in the app, in about ten seconds. You do not have to ask anybody.

What is deleted

• Your account and your sign-in.
• Your @handle, which becomes free for somebody else.
• Your name, picture and birthday.
• Every crew where you were the only member, with everything in it.
• Every AirFlow drop that was yours.
• Your place on the roster of every other crew.

What is not

Memories in crews that other people are also in belong to the group and stay with them. If you want those gone too, delete them or leave the crew before deleting your account.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to privacy@ourflow.de from the address you signed up with, or tell us your @handle. Your account will be deleted within 30 days and you will get a note confirming it.
